The primary enemy of beautiful, healthy skin is the sun. Almost all the changes in our skin which we associate with aging come from the sun. Age spots are a great example of this. Age, or brown spots, are the result of pigment change in our skin when melanin is produced by ultraviolet light exposure. These spots make our skin look older than it should.
