Cornerstone Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Medicine is proud to introduce a unique concept to looking and feeling younger. We provide world-class plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine with a special emphasis on your well-being.
Our approach is uniquely holistic because we see health and beauty as one and the same thing. We know that age-appropriate surgery and effective beauty therapy can make you look younger – and this can make you feel more confident. We also believe that true, Foundational Beauty, can only be achieved through a healthy body and spirit.
Dr. Fred Coville, the founder and developer of the concept, has travelled and practiced around the world. Through these travels and his broad experience, he has come to formulate the opinion that: "Foundational Health creates Foundational Beauty"
Dr. Fred has come full circle from his roots in New York, his practices in the Caribbean and London, and now brings these concepts to the lovely Southern Shores of New Jersey.
The primary enemy of beautiful, healthy skin is the sun. Almost all the changes in our skin which we associate with aging come from the sun. Age spots are a great example of this. Age, or brown spots, are the result of pigment change in our skin when melanin is produced by ultraviolet light exposure. These spots make our skin look older than it should. Fortunately they are very easily treated.
New laser technology can easily remove brown spots from skin. These treatments are usually quite painless and can be done quickly. It’s important that a dermatologist check any brown spots for cancer before any treatment is performed.
